Welcome to Homeschool Games.Online. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who can use the service

Accounts are for parents and guardians aged 18 or over. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password secure, and for the activity of the children you add to your family account.

2. Memberships, billing & renewals

• We offer a free tier with daily play limits and paid memberships (monthly, annual, or lifetime) with unlimited play.
• Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. The lifetime membership is a one-time payment.
• You can cancel a recurring membership at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.
• Payments are handled securely by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms.

3. Refunds

If something isn’t right, contact us — we aim to be fair. Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable, but we’ll always consider reasonable requests in good faith.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or resell access.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Use the service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.

5. Content & intellectual property

The games, text, designs, and branding on Homeschool Games.Online are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your family’s personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

6. The service is provided “as is”

We work hard to keep the service safe, wholesome, and available, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

8. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
